Nexus Multi Academy Trust (MAT), via lead academy Abbey School, has been appointed by the Department of Education (DfE) as a Flexible Working Ambassador Multi-Academy Trusts and Schools (FWAMS).
With a national remit on the program and SEND specialism, we providing guidance and support to special schools across England on how the sector can support flexible working practices for teachers and staff with flexible working policies, timetabling and budgeting, in partnership with Capita plc.

If you are interested in working with us as a partner school, we would love to hear from you. For partnership schools we will be providing bespoke peer support to school leaders and sharing recommendations to assist them to establish a culture of flexible working in their schools.
