Position: Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator  

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: NJC19 to NJC23 

Hours: 37 per week, term time plus 2 weeks (flexible working considered)

An exciting new opportunity has emerged for a Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our new state of the art offices Enterprise Works, near Meadowhall.

The role will take the lead in the development of the trust’s central support activities, this includes providing expert recruitment support to all of our schools and facilitating the central trust’s temporary staff offer by assisting in the attraction, selection, onboarding and booking processes.

The role is also responsible for contributing to the marketing and promotion of the trust as an employer of choice, including attending national events, managing social media channels and working with our external marketing partners.

We are looking for a driven and motivated professional who has excellent interpersonal skills and can build strong relationships. You must be a team player as well as working on your own initiative, with the confidence to problem solve and skills to multi-task.

Experience of working within a sales, recruitment or education based environment is essential. A driver with your own transport is preferred.

Nexus Multi Academy Trust was founded in 2016 and has the highest ambitions possible for everyone we work with. At present we provide support to 16 academy schools, including special and mainstream schools.
